How Mind Munch-ease work:

With the excuses on one side and the ‘flip side’ on the reverse, using the cards couldn’t be easier! Just pick an excuse from the pack (ie: I can’t lose weight because I have a slow metabolism) read it, and then turn the card over to find the alternative mind-set. With enough use, you’ll turn all the old excuses into new, positive habits – and you’ll be well on your way to a healthier you.
